Speak Up Students love drama, poems, songs and are excited about performing! In this program students will develop their confidence, grow their communication skills and unleash their creativity. Teachers create a supportive and nurturing classroom that balances the bold performers with the quieter achievers, ensuring everyone has a chance to learn & grow.
Speak Up classes build skills in three areas – speech, drama and text – which are taught in a structured and sequential way. Each performance leads to the next and the learning and growth our students develop is a wonder to behold. Speak Up teachers are highly experienced in nurturing your child’s individual talents and interests and they will be in touch with you to provide updates on your child’s progress.

Fun
We believe that learning is most effective when it’s enjoyable, and we strive to create an atmosphere where laughter and excitement are integral parts of the learning process. Kids will play, laugh, and imagine their way through each lesson. Engaging with beautiful learning resources, costumes & props!
Progression
From our tiniest preppies to our tallest grade 12s, Speak Up kids thrive as they take on new dramatic challenges each year. Speak Up kids talk about growing up on stage and they love looking back on old photos and memories. Leadership is embedded within our curriculum with older students supporting younger ones.
Courage
Our curriculum is designed to empower students to embrace challenges, take creative risks, and step outside their comfort zones. We celebrate the courage it takes to express oneself authentically, fostering an environment where mistakes are viewed as opportunities for learning.
Class locations
Our daughter has been doing Speak Up for the last two years. She has grown so much in confidence and self worth and looks forward to her class every week and her performances throughout the year.
